How pecu­mu works

Struc­tu­red and trans­pa­rent con­sul­ting in four pha­ses:

  1. Eva­lua­ti­on of the initi­al situation/​elaboration of opti­ons for action.
  2. Ana­ly­sis and coll­ec­tion of appro­pria­te natio­nal and inter­na­tio­nal inves­tors, finan­ciers and other tran­sac­tion part­ners; crea­ti­on of a so-cal­led long list.
  3. Crea­ti­on of the tech­ni­cal basis for a pro­ject: data coll­ec­tion and eva­lua­ti­on, ela­bo­ra­ti­on and appr­oval of mate­ri­als and cal­cu­la­ti­ons neces­sa­ry for the pro­cess imple­men­ta­ti­on: Finan­cial model, infor­ma­ti­on memo­ran­dum, teaser, manage­ment pre­sen­ta­ti­on.
  4. Con­duc­ting spee­ches, talks and nego­tia­ti­ons with inves­tors, finan­ciers and other tran­sac­tion part­ners tog­e­ther with legal and tax advi­sors man­da­ted for the tran­sac­tion.

After com­ple­ting his ban­king edu­ca­ti­on and gra­dua­ting with a degree in ban­king manage­ment from what is now the Frank­furt School, Hol­ger Die­fen­bach work­ed for Dresd­ner Bank for a total of 20 years. He spe­cia­li­zed ear­ly on in the struc­tu­red finan­cing of medi­um-sized com­pa­nies and real estate com­pa­nies. Most recent­ly, he was respon­si­ble over­all for the Busi­ness Ban­king seg­ment and indi­vi­du­al com­mer­cial real estate finan­cing.

After a move to ABN AMRO Bank and in the sub­se­quent mer­ger with Roy­al Bank of Scot­land, Mr. Die­fen­bach was acti­ve in various Euro­pean count­ries as part of the inte­gra­ti­on of the SME busi­ness into the busi­ness model.

In 2009 Hol­ger Die­fen­bach foun­ded pecu­mu first equi­ty hol­ding GmbH and work­ed with various cor­po­ra­te finan­ce con­sul­tanci­es on part­ner and manage­ment level. He was also co-foun­der of a debt fund and a real estate fund.

In addi­ti­on to cor­po­ra­te finan­ce con­sul­ting, Mr. Die­fen­bach is invol­ved in real estate pro­jects and invest­ments, espe­ci­al­ly in the field of bio­che­mis­try.

After bank trai­ning, gra­dua­ti­on in ban­king busi­ness admi­nis­tra­ti­on at today’s Frank­furt School of Finan­ce and a com­pre­hen­si­ve trai­nee pro­gram in the cre­dit busi­ness, Timm Raatz work­ed for Ver­eins- und West­bank in Ham­burg for a total of nine years.

He spe­cia­li­zed ear­ly on in inter­na­tio­nal and struc­tu­red finan­ce as well as in busi­ness rela­ti­ons with inter­na­tio­nal finan­cial insti­tu­ti­ons. At three other dif­fe­rent banks, in par­ti­cu­lar ABN AMRO Bank, he built up a broad and very inter­na­tio­nal net­work in almost 20 years as a pro­duct spe­cia­list and exe­cu­ti­ve.

During this time, Mr. Raatz was acti­ve in various pro­duct and sup­port are­as (main­ly in working capi­tal manage­ment, bank sup­port as well as for­eign trade finan­cing) or play­ed a key role in sha­ping and being respon­si­ble for them.

Sin­ce 2018, Timm Raatz has been working in various part­ner­ships as a cor­po­ra­te finan­ce advi­sor with a focus on cor­po­ra­te finan­ce and trade finan­ce for com­pa­nies in the DACH regi­on and Asia.

After trai­ning as an indus­tri­al clerk and gra­dua­ting with a degree in busi­ness admi­nis­tra­ti­on from the Eber­hard Karls Uni­ver­si­ty in Tübin­gen, Bernd Krü­per has more than 30 years of suc­cessful glo­bal pro­fes­sio­nal expe­ri­ence in manage­ment and C‑level respon­si­bi­li­ty for Daim­ler, MTU Fried­richs­ha­fen, TOGNUM, Rolls-Roy­ce Power Sys­tems as well as Moto­ren­fa­brik Hatz and Hatz Com­pon­ents.

In addi­ti­on, Bernd Krü­per is the foun­der of BEST K‑Partners and has been a part­ner at pecu­mu advi­so­ry GmbH sin­ce 2023.
